Sympathy Flowers
DESCRIPTION
When someone you know is grieving the loss of a loved one, it’s hard to know exactly what to say. Sending flowers is a good way to show your love and support during a difficult time. And let those in need know that you are there for them.
Our Sympathy Flowers are presented in a clear glass vase and are a beautiful way to show your condolences. They can be sent directly to a funeral home located in Beacon or to the family's home. Our vase arrangements are a thoughtful composition of seasonal flowers which vary week to week to celebrate what is seasonally available.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
- We only deliver in Beacon, NY.
- Deliveries go out between 2-3pm unless going to a funeral home.
- Same Day cutoff is 12:30pm.
- No Same Day deliveries on Saturday; Saturday deliveries must be placed in advance.
- NO Deliveries of any kind on Sundays.
- We require the phone number of the recipient so we can coordinate delivery.
FLOWER CARE
- Flowers are just like us, they need love and care to keep them happy.
- Take them out of the water/ packaging we have sent them in. To last as long as possible they need fresh, clean water daily and if possible re-cut their stems every 2 days to prevent rotting.
- Where you can, ensure they are not placed in direct sunlight…..they prefer the cool and calm.
- If you have any queries or issues with your flowers, please contact us with photos within 3 days. Replacement flowers may be sent at our discretion, however this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If there is any question as to the quality of the flowers, the recipient should contact Raven Rose within 24 hours to discuss the matter. In most cases, we will gladly make an exchange for a new arrangement. No refunds or replacements will be consider after 24 hours. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.
*Wrapped Bouquets: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for wrapped bouquets since we are not responsible for the vessel they are placed in. Make sure to carefully wash any vessel that you place your flowers in to ensure the quality of the florals.
Design or flower selection - refunds or replacements will not be offered simply because you do not like the design or the flowers used. Please view the photos of our work to get an idea of our style and if there are any flowers you want or don't want, please call the store directly to talk through your order.
