Everyone has their own unique set of talents, interests, and life experiences that bring them joy or give them a reason to get up in the morning. Learning to recognize what talents you have and what you love to do can set you on the path of finding your purpose and living your best life. This journal is designed as a 90-day mindfulness system. It includes an introductory section with questions and exercises designed to help you start thinking about what skills, talents, and interests you have to help you identify what your life’s purpose might be; and then daily spread provide a place to record daily actions aligned to your life’s purpose, and reflect on the experiences, results, and feelings from being more mindful of living your life’s purpose every day.
