• We only deliver in Beacon, NY.
• Deliveries go out between 2-3pm unless going to a funeral home.
• Same Day cutoff is 12:30pm.
• No Same Day deliveries on Saturday; Saturday deliveries must be placed in advance.
• NO Deliveries of any kind on Sundays.
• We require the phone number of the recipient so we can coordinate delivery.

• Flowers are just like us, they need love and care to keep them happy.
• Take them out of the water/ packaging we have sent them in. To last as long as possible they need fresh, clean water daily and if possible re-cut their stems every 2 days to prevent rotting.
• Where you can, ensure they are not placed in direct sunlight…..they prefer the cool and calm.
• If you have any queries or issues with your flowers, please contact us with photos within 3 days. Replacement flowers may be sent at our discretion, however this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

If there is any question as to the quality of the flowers, the recipient should contact Raven Rose within 24 hours to discuss the matter. In most cases, we will gladly make an exchange for a new arrangement. No refunds or replacements will be consider after 24 hours. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.

*Wrapped Bouquets: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for wrapped bouquets since we are not responsible for the vessel they are placed in. Make sure to carefully wash any vessel that you place your flowers in to ensure the quality of the florals.

Design or flower selection - refunds or replacements will not be offered simply because you do not like the design or the flowers used. Please view the photos of our work to get an idea of our style and if there are any flowers you want or don't want, please call the store directly to talk through your order.

Is when a floral designer hand selects the color scheme, the floral varieties, the style, and the container based on the seasonal availability and product availability, using their skills and talents.

Photos used are a representation of our previous work. Bouquets will have a similar look and feel, but will be designed with seasonal flowers and colors will vary.
